For my Iron Chef assignment, I chose the two ingredients bread and garlic salt. My first thought was making a grilled cheese sandwich with garlic salt and avocado since that is the way I always like to make my sandwiches. Overall, from what I heard and tasted, it seemed like my dish was successful. I also gave it a name: “Some CHEESY Name.” We were assigned to make a show plate on which I put a sprig of rosemary. For sampling, we needed to bring in pieces of our food.
